How do I create an account?
Select “Create Research Account” and enter the requested contact information. You will also be required to review and accept our Terms of Service and Liability Waiver. Once registration is complete, you can sign in, browse the complete catalog, and place an order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit or credit card payments through a secure payment link, as well as Zelle and Cash App. Payment instructions are provided after your order is submitted.
Secure card-payment links are generally sent by text once daily during our 8:00–11:00 a.m. Pacific Time processing window. Orders placed after that window will receive their payment link on the following business day.
What is your shipping process?
Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully received. Paid orders are generally processed within one business day and shipped through FedEx 2Day for a flat $12.75 shipping fee.
Orders confirmed as paid before 12:00 noon on a business day may ship that same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff will ship by the following business day. Tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of our research materials, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@peakphormresearch.com within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and shipping package. Eligible claims may be resolved through an exchange or replacement.
Packages lost during transit will be replaced when the correct shipping information was provided. Orders delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement. Any active payment dispute must be withdrawn before a claim can be reviewed.
